Spikeball® has announced that they are hosting the first ever World Championship in Belgium!

Roundnet World Championship! Presented by Spikeball®! First ever World tournament is being held in Belgiium, will you be there to represent Ottawa and Canada!

This is huge news for the sport. Being able to host such a massive event will bring a lot of buzz to the sport and with all of the top teams from around the world everyone will be able to see just how exciting this sport can be at the highest level! The tournament will be spread out over 3 days(September 3-6, 2020) and will be host to the best players in the world!

Do not let this scare you as the tournament is open to everyone!

National Team Championship:

This pool of teams are the best of the best! Each officially recognized roundnet association of each country will choose there squad to be placed in this pool. A squad consists of the top 5 men’s teams and top 3 women’s teams in the country. Better start practicing to get on that list, we will be watching and reporting to Canada Roundnet!

Individual Team Championship:

This pool of players is open to anyone! The only catch is they have to be from the same country.

The divisions are as follows:

Advanced, Intermediate, Beginner , and Women’s

So if you always wanted to got to Belgium and haven’t yet, now you have two reasons to go!

The growth of this sport is getting crazy and it is only going to get bigger from here! So if you play or want to play now is the time to start as you have a year to master the and show what you have on the world stage of Spikeball®.
